PAYMENT METHODS
- We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. For insurance verification, please fill out your insurance information when booking an online appointment, or fill out our separate online insurance verification form. You may also call our office with your insurance information.
- We accept Flexible Spending Accounts / Health Savings Accounts.
- We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
- We are an out-of-network provider with other major health insurance companies. If your plan covers acupuncture, you can submit a claim with your health insurance provider for reimbursement. We will provide you with a Superbill for this purpose.
