About Us

Dr. Samantha Shore completed a four-year Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and a three-year Master of Science in Oriental Medicine degree program.  She has over ten years of healthcare experience including over two thousand hours of clinical training in both eastern and western medicine. This training included a hospital-based pain management acupuncture program, where she used various acupuncture techniques to help alleviate acute and chronic pain. Dr. Shore commonly treats infertility, acute and chronic pain, women’s health, anxiety, and neurological conditions.

In addition to acupuncture, Dr. Shore provides individualized supplement and herbal recommendations using a naturopathic approach. She also provides lifestyle counseling and eastern nutrition counseling to help establish the foundations for optimal health.  Due to her holistic approach to healthcare, her patients often notice improvements in other areas of health such as improved sleep quality, digestion, and stress reduction.

At AcuWell LLC, we blend the best of Eastern and Western natural medicine to help you reach your health goals.  Dr. Shore combines traditional Chinese acupuncture points with modern western acupuncture techniques such as auricular acupuncture and electro-acupuncture.  By using traditional acupuncture points in combination with points chosen based on modern biomedical knowledge, she has found her treatments have a strong effect.
